Adblue, DPF, EGR and DTC off for Fuso Canter

The 8th generation of Mitsubishi Fuso canter has been produced since 2010 with 3.0-liter 4P10 engine, and the most common ecu in this generation is Bosch EDC17CP52.

    Bosch EDC17CP52 ECU

Mitsubishi Fuso Canter has several variations equipped with this ECUs some of which include:

    3C13, 3C15, 3C18, 3S13, 3S15, 6S15, 6C18, 7C15, 7C18 and 7C15 ECOHYBRID

The digit indicated the rounded gross weigh in tons. The letter in between represents whether it’s standard or comfort (which is wider). And the last two digits indicate the horsepower divided by 10.

These are the Euro5/Euro6 depending on the year of manufacture and all of them have EGR system, DPF, and AdBlue/SCR system.

    Common EGR Related Fault Codes

    • P0407 or 2791-00: the signal voltage of component ‘position sensor’ EGR controller is too high
    • P0408 or 2791-00: the signal voltage of component ‘position sensor’ EGR controller is too low
    • P0406 or 2791-03: component ‘exhaust gas recirculation valve’ has a short circuit to positive
    • 2791-04: component ‘Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve’ has a short circuit to ground
    • 2791-05: component ‘Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve’ has an open circuit
    • 2791-07: component ‘Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve’ has a mechanical fault

    Common DPF Related Fault Codes

    • 3251-18: The value of component (DPF differential pressure sensor) is implausible. The minimum pressure was not reached.
    • 3253-16: The signal value of component (DPF differential pressure sensor) is implausible.
    • 3253-18: Check hose between diesel particulate filter and component (DPF differential pressure sensor) for correct connection.
    • 3285-2: the result of dynamic test of component (DPF differential pressure sensor) is not plausible
    • 3287-0: the signal voltage of component (DPF differential pressure sensor) is too high
    • 3287-1: the signal voltage of component (DPF differential pressure sensor) is too low
    • 3726-16: DPF model regeneration request too high

    DPF Level

    Common Adblue Related Fault Codes

    • 3361-18: the emission value of the NOx sensor (raw value is too high).
    • 3363: AdBlue tank related fault codes

EGR Removal Solution for Mitsubishi Fuso Canter

We have different methods doing of solution whether you need the EGR valve actuator plug to be connected or you have to disconnect it we have different solution for it.

    • First use a scanner or any diagnostic tool and collect a list of EGR related fault codes
    • Read the ECU file via OBDII port or via bench/boot mode depending on your tool configuration
    • Upload the file on our website
    • Your file will be ready within 20 minutes and would be accessible from your dashboard
    • Note: we provide different solution for this ECU whether you need the EGR valve actuator plug stay connected or you need to disconnect it the solution would change.
    • Write the file back to the ecu using OBDII or bench/boot mode depending on the read method.
    • Clear DTCs

DPF Removal Solution for Fuso Canter:

    Fuso Canter DPF System

For DPF removal solution we have different methods of doing the solution whether you need the DPF temperature sensors and DPF pressure sensor connected or disconnected we’ll give you different solution.

    • First use a scanner or any diagnostic tool and collect a list of DPF related fault codes
    • Read the ECU file via OBDII port or in Bench/Boot mode
    • Upload the file on our website
    • Your file will be ready within 15 minutes and would be accessible from your dashboard
    • Note: Make sure the DPF pressure and temperature sensors are disconnected. But if you need them connected, we can apply changes to the solution so it works without needing them disconnected.
    • Write the file back to the ECU using OBDII or bench/boot mode depending on the read method.
    • Clear DTCs and do a forced regeneration

    • Read the ECU file via OBDII port or in Bench/Boot mode
    • Upload the file on our website
    • Your file will be ready within 15 minutes and would be accessible from your dashboard
    • Note: You must disconnect the AdBlue pump and NOx sensors, although we have solution which only the NOx sensor must be disconnected
    • Write the file back to the ecu using OBDII or bench/boot mode depending on the read method.
    • Clear DTCs

    EGR Valve Location

The EGR valve is located on the left side of the engine. you can find it close to a red pipe connected to the turbocharger.
