Nature of Digital ServicesNinjaRemap provides digital educational articles, technical content, and online informational services related to ECU remapping and vehicle performance optimization.Due to the digital nature of our content and services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access to premium content has been granted.NinjaRemap does not sell physical products, hardware devices, software licenses, or downloadable tuning software.

Eligible Refund CasesRefund requests may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:- Duplicate or accidental payments- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved by our support team- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions confirmed by the payment provider- Incorrect charges caused by technical payment processing errorsAll refund requests are reviewed individually and at the sole discretion of NinjaRemap.

Non-Refundable SituationsRefunds will not be issued for:- Change of mind after purchase- Failure to read service descriptions before purchasing- Lack of usage or engagement with purchased content- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations- User skill level or technical understanding- Temporary internet or device-related access issues on the user side
